Wednesdays: Portlaoise Track
Couch To 5K, Meet at 7pm.

Thursdays: Heath Chruch
Meet at 12 noon.

Saturdays: Oughaval Woods.
Meet at 10:45am for 11am tempo run.

Sundays: Emo Court.
Meet at 10:15am for 10:30am long run
